           Predeceased by great grandparents David Perswain, Viola Perswain, Antoinette Richard, and Frederick Zebrasky; uncle John John Richard Jr.; brother Baby James Perswain; cousins Shontaya Perswain, Shanna Richard and Emily Chaske Taylor.

          Survived by mother Kelly Perswain and father Nicholas Chaske; siblings Preston (Vanessa Woods and Baby Taya), Jeronimo, Jericho, Vyanna, Blaine, Johnny and Wyatt; maternal grandparents Marge Perswain and John Richard; paternal grandparents Claudette Chaske (Thomas Stoney) and Everette Pashe.
