Svava Lilie (Bergson) Arksey

            Svava Arksey, beloved wife of Les, passed away on December 7, 2019 at the Portage Hospital at the age of 83 years.

            She was born at Liefur District on March 4, 1936 and at an early age moved to Langruth. After school, she worked at the Red & White store. In 1958 she married Les. She is survived by her husband Les; son Terry (Catherine) and grandsons Andrew and Braden; son Ron and grandchildren Emma and Ben. She was predeceased by her granddaughter Caitlin.

            She was an excellent curler, ball player, golfer and in later years enjoyed watching curling on TV.

            Svava was a wonderful mom and wife and grandma and will be greatly missed by all.

Cremation has taken place and a gathering of friends and family will take place in the summer of 2020.
