Annette Desjarlais

On Thursday, July 11, 2019 at her residence on Furby Street in Winnipeg, Annette suddenly passed after a lengthy illness and battling diabetes.

            Annette was born and adopted by Donald & Donalda spending her younger years in Sandy Bay. She moved to Winnipeg in the 90’s and had resided there till her passing. She enjoyed all of her family, blessed with 2 sets of parents and lots of siblings. She spent what time she could with them in spite of her sickness. We will all miss Annette and her sense of humour.

            On the last night before her passing she had a visit with her sister and nephew at HSC and overlooking the city from a window up above looking down in awe she stated “It feels like Heaven!”

            Annette was predeceased by her biological parents Cecil & Joyce Desjarlais; her adopted parents Donald & Donalda Desjarlais; baby girl Cassandra; sisters Elsie and Sherry; brothers Bruce, Wayne, Leroy, Edward and Donald Desjarlais.

            She leaves to mourn her passing her brothers Ronnie, Cecil & Dion; sisters Nancy, Allison and Cynthia; children Reginald, Carrington, Kelsey and Annette Jr
