We are sad to announce the sudden passing of Billy Randall Eagle Roulette on April 3, 2026, at the age of 29. He was a father, brother, uncle, nephew, godfather, cousin, friend, and best friend.
Billy was born in Portage la Prairie, Manitoba on August 6, 1996 and was raised in Sandy Bay. Billy attended Issac Beaulieu Memorial School. He also worked part time at Lake View Convenience Store. Billy liked playing bingo because of Koko Elsie; they played together so often. He also liked to go hunting with his uncles and cousins.
Billy's parents were Edna Roulette and Ricky Wescoupe. His brothers Harry James Junior Richard, Andy Anderson Roulette, and Dennisan Levasseur. His godparents are Patrick Roulette and (late) Joyce Beaulieu.
Billy was raised by his (late) koko Elsie Roulette.
Billy was predeceased by his grandpa Kenneth Roulette, (brother) Harrison Richard, (sister) Alexandra Richard, (Auntie) Beverly Demerais, and (uncle) Marshall Roulette.
Billy leaves to mourn his son Randall Roulette and daughter Billie Roulette. His uncles Kenneth Roulette, William Roulette, Patrick Roulette, Peter Roulette, and his aunt Mona Roulette (Gregory Leochko). Cousins Fredrick Roulette, Gregory Roulette (Carolyn Maytwayashing), Coltin Roulette, Haylee Desjarlais, Melodie Roulette, Kayla Roulette, Christina Roulette, Harlum Chartrand, (goddaughter) Summer Roulette, Jasperain Roulette, Gladys Roulette, and numerous cousins, family, and friends.
Billy was a kind, sweet, friendly person, and had a great sense of humour.
