Our father Brian David Roulette was born in Amaranth and raised in Alonsa. For a short while he lived with his sister Sylvia Blagden in Portage. He always referred to her as his second mom. He enjoyed life to the fullest with his children and grandchildren. He was very traditional and loved attending powwows. He was always meeting new people and was the type of person who loved making people laugh. His favorite sports were hockey and football; he used to play hockey with the Dakota plain winter hawks. His favorite teams were the Blue Bombers and the Calgary Flames. He was a hard worker all his life and when he was diagnosed with diabetes it changed his life forever. He will be dearly missed by all.
Brian is predeceased by his parents Margaret “Maggie” and Leonard Roulette; his siblings James Mousseau, Mildred Roulette, Dennis Roulette, Henry Roulette, Marcel Roulette, Andrew Roulette, Sylvia Blagden, Bert Roulette; and his stepchildren Kirk Thompson and Lisa Mousseau.
He is survived by his children Ashley (Cody), Nichole, Gary, Chasity, Cheyenne, Shaylene (Jack), & Chancie (RJ); his brother-in-law Grant Blagden; stepchildren Darren (Felecity) & Clayton; and numerous grandchildren, nieces, nephews and adopted children.
