Catherine Thelma Houle

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Catherine Thelma Houle on Thursday, April 3, 2025 at the Portage Hospital at the age of 56.

Thelma was born July 5, 1968 at Sandy Bay First Nation where she resided most of of her life.

Predeceased by her mother Doris Houle Cook; brother Gordon Jonas Houle; aunt Sandra Houle; grandparents Roanna Houle & Adalard Houle; in-laws Mildred & Rupert Roulette.

Surviving is Father Douglas Cook; sister Jacqueline Houle; brother Joseph Houle. Long time partner Timmy Roulette; children Ashley, Brent, Chad, Vincent, Ethan, Zillie. Several grandchildren and many nieces & nephews.

Thelma took great pride in her house work and especially in yard work, she loved listening to her music and having coffee with family and friends. She enjoyed visits with family and friends. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
