Obituary

Daniel (Dan) Giesbrecht, beloved husband of Margaret Giesbrecht, passed away March 23rd, 2023.

He leaves to mourn his wife Margaret of 66 years. Daughter Audrey and husband Wayne Klippenstein, their children Trevor & (Saima) Klippenstein, Jack and Leah; Nicole & (Kevin) Terrick, Jersey and Hailey; Holly & (Kurtis), Daisy, Alley, Colton, Tex and Clint.

Son Clifford and wife Laura Giesbrecht, their family Christopher; Lynn & (Micheal) Penner, Beth & Stephanie. As well as one sister, Margaret & one brother, Andy.

He was predeceased by one daughter, Patsy; his parents, Peter & Margaret Giesbrecht; three sisters & three bothers.

Dan was born on November 19th, 1932 at Gretna, MB. He married Margaret Guenther on September 9th, 1956 at Morden, MB. They resided in Crystal City area until the spring of 1963. From there, they moved to Gladstone area where they settled and farmed for many years.

Dan was baptized in May of 1956. He lived out his faith, loved the Lord and spending time with his family and his friends. He fought the good fight, endured to the end and with joy and confidence. He now resides in his eternal home. Until we meet again…
