It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of David Laurent Myerion on May 16, 2020 at the age of 28.
David “Blub” as he was affectionately known, was born in Portage la Prairie on January 28, 1992 to Judy Houle. Growing up in Sandy Bay with his only brother Delaney Houle, he grew into a gentle, loving, humble and responsible man. Always a smile and kind words to everyone he came across, you could not be around him and not feel happy as his joy was so contagious. His zest for life, his enthusiasm, helpful nature, and love for his family was truly amazing. Everything he did out of love whether it be hunting, fishing, gaming with his kids, cooking, or helping others. He provided for his family tirelessly.
David took great pride in obtaining his pork and beef certificates from the meat cutting programs. This came in handy as he was always stocking up wild meat for his family and friends.
David was predeceased by his baby daughter Carrie; maternal grandparents Jim & Florence Houle; aunts Janet Houle and Virginia Spence and uncle Allan Houle. He leaves to mourn his passing his love Sarah Monkman; their children baby Sarah, Zoey, Troy, Kaydence, Daniel, Rose, Mary, PJ, Lucas, and Merdoc; his mother Judy Houle; brother Delaney Houle and nephews Devon and Dreydon Houle; 7 aunts, 3 uncles as well as numerous cousins, friends, and in laws. David had a special spot in his heart for his little “bro” Baby Pat, whom he loved so much. He will be forever missed, forever loved, and forever in the hearts of all who knew him.
Left to wonder why; you are gone too soon. Left to miss you; you are gone too soon. What we would give to see you and touch your face one more time; you are gone too soon.
