In Loving Memory of Debra Starr-Roulette

September 5, 1966 – July 29, 2025

Surround by her loving family, Debbie peacefully began her journey to the spirit on Tuesday, July 29, 2025 at the Health Sciences Center, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Debbie missed her children, Fabian, and Brenna and we find comfort that she is now reunited with them.

Throughout Debbie’s life, she met many people and made long lasting friends which were very important to her. She was a fluent Anishinabe speaker of the Ojibway Language and she was an Ojibway voice actress.

The family would like to thank the staff at the Emergency Department and the Medical Intensive Care unit at HSC for their care and compassion for Debbie. The family would also like to thank the Sandy Bay Chief and Council, Sandy Bay Health Centre, Sandy Bay ISETS, Sandy Bay CFS, Sandy Bay VLT’s, Big Ridge and Bob and Sharon at Clarke’s Funeral Home for their exceptional care and guidance during our time of loss.
