Suddenly without any chance to say goodbye, dad was called home to his creator
It is with deep sadness that we announce the sudden passing of the greatest father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend. Edward "Bratty" James McIvor at the age of 66 years. Pre-deceased by his parents Sarah and Charles McIvor, his son Tommy, siblings Wayne McIvor, Charlie McIvor, Cindy McIvor (Rabio); nephews and nieces Roberta, Jordan, and Ryan; best friends Mervin, Glen, Joe, and Eddie. Dad leaves behind to mourn his children Johnathan (Jennifer), Anna (Terrance), Sarah, Edward (Loretta big eyes), Greg (Jasmine), and Joelle (Marie-Helen); dads three grandchildren he raised Tommy, Ethan, and Shane; stepchildren who he loved like his own Cheryl, Tracey and Christian; also step children Lydia (Greg) and girls, Stacey (Joelle), Javid, Jada, and Tyson, Carolyn (Jeremiah), Thomas and Jeriko, Melodie (Justin), Kimberly (Cameron), Mason, Travis, Rogan, Angel, Mercedes, and all of Caroline's grandchildren; siblings Lloyd (Yvette), Mary and Charlene. Dad also leaves behind to mourn 33 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, 16 step grandchildren, his current common law spouse Caroline Bull and good friend Jamar. Dad was better known as "Bratty" and "Lone Wolf".
Dad was humble, generous, and a very loving person. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with family. He always love to tease his nephew ,nieces and friends. Dad worked many years in the agricultural plant in Carberry. He also did mechanical work. He enjoyed going on trips and giving anyone a helping hand. Dad will be greatly missed by all who knew him. He as given us a ton of precious memories to remember. His spirit will live on through his children and grandchildren. Dad we miss you already but it also warms our hearts to know that one day when the creator calls us home, we will be together again.
