Eric Armas Romu

Faja, Dad, Pops, Uncle, Grandpa, Friend. 

Eric was taken from us unexpectedly on Sunday July 8th 2018. 

Eric loved working with his hands and was a jack of all trades. He was a carpenter and an avid fisherman, just to name a few. He loved the outdoors, reading, Sudoku, watching Jeopardy, and spending time with those he loved. 

Eric was predeceased by his father Laurie Romu. 

He leaves to mourn his passing, his mother; Leila, brothers; John, Harry, Sister; Ann, sons; Davin and Sean. He also leaves to mourn his wife; Lillian Romu, daughters; Simone, Kirstin, son; Fred, grandchildren; Telly, Braden, Fatman, Chelsea, Patience, Serenity, Elly, Gracie, Ethan, Landon, Jade, great grandchildren; Chris, Dom, and Ella. As well as numerous nieces, nephews and close friends. 

We are going to miss your stories about Harry the Shoemaker. 

We wonder if we ever thanked you for everything you did. 

And for the simple things like laughter, smiles, and times we shared.

If we forgot to show our gratitude enough for all the things you did,

We're thanking you now.

And we are hoping you knew all along how much you meant to us. 

Wake will be held on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at 7:00 pm at Thunderbird House, Winnipeg.
