Evelyn Margaret (Kelly) Thompson

Evelyn Margaret Thompson (Kelly), our matriarch of 101 years, passed peacefully from this world on December 23, 2022.  She was predeceased by her husband Stephen, brothers George (Margaret), Walter (Thelma), Jim (Florence), brother in law Ross Thompson (Annie), sister in law Norma McLachlan (Norman), brother in law Glenn Harkness, daughter in law Sabina Thompson (Krasicki) and son in law Dave McMillan.  Evelyn is survived by her children Joanne, Greg, Heather (Malcolm), David (Irene), Dwight (Louanna) and Lois (Rob); and sister in law Jean Harkness.  A loving clan of 16 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren along with multiple extended family members will carry her in their hearts. 

In keeping with mum’s wishes, a graveside funeral will be held at Beaver Creek Cemetery at a warmer time.  Donations may be made in her name to Trinity United Church, Brandon, Mb.
