Frederick Richard Wood

            Passed away on Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at Third Crossing Manor, Gladstone at the age of 84 years.

            Fred was born March 24, 1936 in Cypress River to George & Louise.  He lived in Cypress River most of his life. He worked on farms with his father when he was young, helping with harvests and other labours around the farm. He loved the outdoors and was always walking, biking somewhere, bringing home all sorts of berries and things he would find. Fred retired to Gladstone and lived there for six years with his sister Kathleen Johnson.

            Fred was predeceased by his parents George & Louise Wood; brothers Alfred Wood and Alan Wood and sister Dorothy Robertson. He is survived by his sister Kathleen Johnson and brother Jim Wood.
