Peacefully in his sleep, Kevin passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at the young age of 58. He is survived by his wife Cindy, partner in crime Ruby, step daughters Kayleen and Brittany, mother Yvonne, Godmother Pauline, brother Allan, sisters Donna and Barb, nieces Brianna and Kiera, nephew Nathan, and numerous cousins in Montreal.
Kevin drove long haul truck for 36 years and enjoyed telling stories of his experiences, he especially enjoyed the time he and Cindy shared when she joined him driving across North America. There was always a new adventure waiting for the two of them to discover.
He found paradise and peace when he and Cindy moved from Winnipeg to Gladstone last summer and was enjoying the simpler life. He was looking forward to warmer temperatures so that he could spend more time outside and in his shop. He enjoyed working on many different projects like small engines and working on cars; he could make any engine purr. He had a talent for drawing anything, all he needed was an idea and created many pieces of art. He loved to spoil his pup Ruby when he thought no one was looking -especially Cindy. He was always the first to offer his help with anything that needed to be done around the house and was always the first to start cleaning up after a meal, even if we were still eating. He would do anything for his family.
Cremation will be taking place and a celebration of his life will be planned at a later date.
