Leonard Goodenough Obituary

With heavy hearts we announce the passing of Leonard William Goodenough. Leonard passed away at his residence in MacGregor, Manitoba on Friday September 16th, 2022 at the age of 84 years.

Beloved husband of the late Sylvia Marjorie Goodenough. Leonard “Len” is survived by his sister Marilyn (late Neil) McNeilage and his brother Gary (Joyce) Goodenough, also his daughters Patricia Goodenough, Lynda (Jay) Harder and Cindy Hicks (Dave Osborne), 10 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, 3 nieces and nephews and their children along with many extended family members.

Len enjoyed flying while he had his private pilot’s license and had a true passion for photography. He counted the days until he and Sylvia could get to Florida for the winter.

As per Len’s wishes, cremation has taken place and he will join his wife Sylvia at Lakeview Cemetery in Sarnia, Ontario.

Sympathy may be expressed through donations to the Canadian MS Society and to Canadian Cancer Society (Breast Cancer Awareness).
