Linda Joan Francis

Linda Joan Francis, born June 18th, 1953, in MacGregor, Manitoba, sadly passed at the age of 70 years on Tuesday, August 1st, 2023, at the Health Sciences Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba, with family by her side.

Mom grew up in MacGregor with her family. She worked at MacGregor Elementary School as a Teacher's Assistant. One of Mom’s favourite things to do was play bingo, she really enjoyed playing radio bingo as she could play from home. Mom especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren, her babies.

Predeceased by her partner Wayne (Shakey) Whincup, her parents Donald Sr. and Eva Francis, brothers; Donald Jr., Roy, Nash, Raymond, Melvin, Allan and sisters; Selma, Viola, Rose, Grace, Marge, Lillian, Janice, and the twins.

Mom leaves to mourn her brother David, her sons Jeffrey, and Terry (Candace), grandchildren Alicia, Aaliyah, Camille, Terryn, and Kobe, along with many nieces, nephews, grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
