Suddenly on November 23rd, 2024, Lorraine Wilma Richard, age of 51 years old of Sandy Bay First Nation passed away in Portage la Prairie Hospital.

She will be missed lovingly by her common law husband James Desjarlais; children Norman, Norma, Bengeena, Issiah, Jayleena, and Terrance; brothers and sisters Sharon, Shirlene, Cheryl, Wesley and Lindsey; grandchildren Joshua, David George 3rd, Chandler, Theodore, Elizabeth, Marie D, Braxton, Sarraine, Elijah; godchildren Alexa, Lyndsey, Wesley Jr.

Lorraine was predeceased by her parents Joseph Walter Mousseau and Marie Dorine Mousseau.
