It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Lorraine Diane Valois (nee Sarraillon).

In 1987 Lorraine moved to Gladstone, Manitoba where she met Tommy Costella. They had 2 children together. She lived in Gladstone for 11 years, eventually moving to Neepawa in 1998.
Lorraine was predeceased by her parents George and Rose Sarraillon, sister Therese, brother Francois, son Paul, and partner Tommy Costella.
Lorraine will be remembered by her children Roger, Delayne, Brigitte (Bill), Janie, Jean-Paul (Alison), Michel (Nicole), Lisa (Myles), and David.
She will be cherished by her 16 grand children and 3 great grand children: Tristyn, Trey, Tessany, Jordan, Brady, Riley, Reese, Tyler, Clay, Kara, Hannah, Cole, Alex, Coda, Emily, and Ryland. Great grand children: Bentley, Kenzleigh and Emalyn.
Lorraine will also be remembered by many cousins and friends.
The center of her world was always her family. Lorraine was dedicated to support and raise her youngest son until the day of her fall on December 12, 2023. Lorraine fought extremely hard for 7 months.
Lorraine enjoyed, music, playing cards, cooking, traveling, shopping, and gardening. She also painted ceramics for a few years.
She loved all holidays but Christmas most of all!! She watched Hallmark Christmas movies all year long. She would put her tree up as early as possible. When she bought a tree on wheels, she simply rolled it from her living room to her bedroom!! One year she had 3 trees up in her house. We’ve all taken some of the traditions she started with us as children and incorporated then into our own Christmas celebrations.
