Mathilda Jane Lamirande

Mathilda Jane Lamirande (Houle) passed peacefully at the age of 75 years, on Monday, July 5th, 2021, at Health Science Centre in Winnipeg, MB with children at her side. Mathilda Lamirande is the widow of the late, Roy Lamirande, whom she is now with again.

  Mathilda was predeceased by her parents; Adelard Houle and Elizabeth McKinney, children; Patricia and Christopher Houle, brothers; Joel and Bob, as well as sisters; Lillian, Irene, Diana and Bernice.

  Mathilda will be deeply missed and is survived by her children; Rebecca (Ken Sandney), Napoleon, Brian (Serena), Keith (Jennifer), and special grandson who she raised as a son, Chris Houle.

   Devoted grandmother to her grandchildren, and great-grandchildren; Aunt to her many nieces and nephews, as well as a cousin to many.

    She is also survived by her sisters; Leona (Rick) and Elizabeth (Jim), brothers; Eddie (Claudia), Lloyd (Betty), and brother-in-law Kenny Lamirande (Fran).
