Noreen Mary Sutherland

With great sadness the husband and family of Noreen Sutherland announces the passing of their beloved Wife, Mom, Ma Ma, Koo-Kum, Ko-Ko.

She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Percy and their children:
Marilyn (Harry), Garfield (Evelyn), Melvin (Darlene), Rick (Toni), Patsy (Tim), Brenda (Ed), Kim, Mike (Charlene). Noreen was further blessed with many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren.

Noreen grew up and attended school in Marius MB. by Amaranth MB. and later married her “partner-in-life” Percy Sutherland. They eventually started a family before moving to Winnipeg MB. to raise eight children and celebrate over 71 years of marriage.

Noreen will be most remembered as a very good and kind mother, being a great cook, and someone who loved to laugh and sing to country music.

Her life was dedicated to her children where her legacy of strength, confidence, sense of humour and someone who liked to joke “lives on” in her family.
