It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved father, grandfather, brother uncle Raynold Sheldon Francis. Raynold passed away peacefully at Deer Lodge Center on Saturday, July 18th, 2026, at the age of 70 years.
Raynold was born on April 16, 1956 in Sandy Bay First Nation, Manitoba.
Raynold is predeceased by mother of his children Barbara Maytwayashing; parents Bessie and John Roulette; sisters Mary, Linda, Barbara; brother Glenn; grandchildren Brianna and Shayla.
Raynold leaves to mourn his children Kevin (Melissa), Linda, Sheldon, and Cheyanne; grandchildren Kayne, Kendra Kylie, Baby Ray, Stylez, Eternity, Chenile, Morticia, Kira, Kenime, Calvin, Kevin, Calvin, Hayden, Khyreen, Gemini, Shannon, Skylar, Shayna, Tony and Moose; brothers and sisters Marlene (Ralph), Yvette, Donna (Roger), Ernest (Polly), Lindsay.
One of Raynolds favorite pastimes was playing bingo and slots and also spending time with his son and grandchildren and visiting with family and sharing stories.
Raynold carried a deep love for his grandchildren who he loved the most. He carried a joyful spirit with a radiant smile, a heart full of kindness and always willing to help anyone in need.
Raynold's memory will live on in the stories he's shared.
