It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Regina Shannon McKay aka “Shande” “My Girl” of Ebb & Flow on February 22, 2025, at the St Rose Hospital at the age of 53. Shannon was born in Altona, MB on July 2, 1971.
Regina is predeceased by grandparents: Maggie and Vital Houle, Raymond and Margaret Houle, Paul and Catherine Houle, Father Gerald Houle, brother Terrance, sister Tanya, Uncle Nelson Houle, Ena and Sylvia, cousin Keith Chartrand, Cousin Roger Houle, nephew Cameron, Mother- in-law and Father-in-law Clements and Rita McKay, brothers-in-law; Louis, Delbert, Michael, Danny and Dale, Clayton, Glen. Grandparents Charles and Elizabeth McKay, John and Maggie Bull
Surviving Regina’s passing is her husband Lawrence McKay, Father Willard and Dawn; Mother Josephine, Mom Denise MacDonald; children Brian, Roger, Ricky, Kristin, special granddaughter Brialyn, special nephews Jamie and Jonathan; sisters and brothers Jessica (Alvin), Joana, Christina Willard, Tracy (Gary), Tammy Issaac, Eugina (Adam), Darcy Stacey, Sheldon, Chelsea (Leroy) Summer; special friend Georgina Beaulieu, special cousin April Houle: sisters-in-laws: Elizabeth Charlotte (Lobster), Susan (Ralph), Charlene, Patricia, Rachel; brother – in -laws: Wayne, Patrick (Miranda); auntie Jane Richard, Beverley Delphine, Maxine, Sandra, Roger (Roxanne), Douglas; great auntie Delma Anderson, aunties: Velda and Pauline, Uncle Joseph, Marg, cousin Marilyn Davis, Aunty Delphine (Dave), Uncle Cecil, Godchild Braden and numerous cousins.
