Reynold Roulette Obituary

Reynold Joseph Pascal Roulette

Standing Bear

February 20, 1992  -  April 26, 2024

It is with great sadness to announce the untimely passing of Reynold on the afternoon of April 26, 2024 at his residence in Sandy Bay.

Reynold was born in Portage La Prairie, Manitoba.  He was a loving father, common law husband, brother, uncle nephew, godson, son, cousin, and friend.   Everyone knew him as a happy, friendly, easy-going, humorous gentleman.

Reynold resided in Sandy Bay on Ridge Road North.  He enjoyed doing mechanical jobs, spending time with boys, learned how to play guitar with his dad which led him to learn Johnny Cash songs. Johnny Cash was his favorite singer and idolized him by wearing t-shirts with his pictures on them.  Another favorite pastime of his was hunting with his dad or Uncle Pierre.  Never again would he go with P.J.

He celebrated his birthdays with his parents and siblings.  His mother always prepared turkey dinners with all the side dishes he loved.

Everyone knew his humorous nature.  He was known to instantaneously create jokes about any current situation he’d be in.

Reynold was very devastated by the loss of his common law wife Jeaniene Racette-Richard.  He put aside his singing, his guitar playing, and life changed for him.

The loss of their children to Sandy Bay CFS left the parents broken-hearted, traumatized and distressed.  The hardship caused them to go their separate ways.

Reynold showed unconditional love to his children Jayden, Relin, Jeylin, Riley, Reynold Jr. and his angel baby Allegra.

Reynold is predeceased by his daughter Allegra, his common law wife Jeaniene Racette Richard, his grandmother Mary, great grandparents Frederick and Flora Mousseau, great grandparents Joe-Pascal and Amelia Roulette, and William and Victoria Houle, as well as Jake and Clara Roulette.

He leaves to mourn his parents Oliver and Carletta; grandparents Charlie and Carol Houle; brother Ernest; sisters Joset, Jerrica; his children Jayden, Reylin, Jeylin, Riley, Reynold Jr.; godmother Angel Houle; godfather Ernest “Randy” Roulette; grandparents Ralph and Ruth Roulette; and numerous cousins; nephews and nieces
