My Sister, My Best Friend

You once told me that we would grow old together, yet you left me here with unspoken words. My heart is filled with an aching pain while I go back to our days. The days when we were kids playing outside all summer day. We made mud pies, played house and played jump rope bare feet on the hot dry mud. You were always there for me through hard times, but we shared a great amount of laugher and times. You were my mentor, always reminding me that everything will be alright. I will always remember your wisdom and I shall carry it on. In my deepest thought, I will sure miss you. It is now your turn to fly high to the spirit world for you have earned your wings, my sister. I love you my sister, my best friend and your spirit will always remain.

Until we meet again….
