Passed away on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at the St. Boniface Hospital in Winnipeg at the age of 73 years.

She is survived by her children Maureen, James (Lorraine), Amy and Faye (Keith); grandchildren, Joseph (Brittany), Justin (Kaylan), Kyle (Norma), Destinee, Dylan (Kayleigh) Colin, April, Justina, Remmington and Jeffery; sisters Marillia and Hazel; sisters in law Mary (Mike), Yvette (Lloyd), and Ruby; brothers in law Ricky (Debra), Michael (Rona), and Ray (Diana); godchildren, Rona (Baboo), Brenda, Valarie, Keith (Happy), Ricky Coyne Jr. (Bammer), Stephanie, Crissy; great grandchildren, Corra, Joseph, Shayna, Shauntaye, Sheridan, Ava, Liam, Colleen, Deacon, Clinton, Ida, Rhys, Jerome, Justin jr., Kayson, Kreedance, Inaya, Aiyan, Kyle jr. and Daxton; numerous nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and her close friends.

Mom will be sadly be missed by all that knew her. In Mom’s younger days she worked at Connery’s with her sisters. When she started raising a family with Dad, she would work in the summers alongside dad and her family, most of the time they would take us along. She spent her days raising her family always having a treat ready for us when we got home from school. When we all grew up mom started working as a homemaker. She retired at the age of 60. She spend the past few years at home making puzzles, playing cards and bingo with her sisters. She enjoyed Sunday dinner gatherings with her sisters. Mom and I would binge watch Netflix. She spent her mornings on the phone with Alana. She would talk with her oldest and youngest daughters on the phone for hours at a time.

We would like to thank the Doctors and Nurses of Portage General Hospital, Saint Boniface Hospital and The Asper Institute for taking the best care for our mother.
