Victor Paul Richard

Victor Paul Richard was born on April 10, 1973 in Portage la Prairie. He died on January 7, 2026 at his residence in Portage la Prairie at the age of 52.

Victor is survived by his parents Edward Richard (Donna Roulette) and Wanda Pashe; brother Kevin Dean Pashe; sister Christina Pashe; his two sons Victor Chad Levassuer and Anton Miles Lecassuer; his grandchildren Kendall, Hacey, Phonix, and Bentley; aunties Annie Beaulieu, Florence Pashe, and Linda Pashe; cousins Eddie Beaulieu, Darcy Beaulieu, Michael Beaulieu, and Louisa Beaulieu; uncles Cecil Pashe, and Terri.

Victor was predeceased by his grandparents Margaret Richard, Alexandre Richard, Andrew Roulette, and Christina Pashe; aunties Beatrice Richard, Marie Spence, and Elisabeth Roulette; uncles Edward Beaulieu, Joseph Richard, Leslie Pashe, James Richard, and John Henry Richard; cousins Johnny Spence, Catherine Richard, Martin Richard, Mike Richard, Marcella Beaulieu, and Darren Beaulieu; nephew Kevin Pashe Jr.

Victor was raised by his grandparents Margaret Richard and Alexandre Richard in Sandy Bay.

He was a Dad, Brother, Cousin, Grandpa, Uncle, and a Friend

In 1998 he moved to Winnipeg where he had friends and was cared for by many. Eventually he came back to his hometown in 2022 when he caught a chronic illness. It was at his hometown where he acquired a devastating health condition, but dealt with it so bravely. He was a strong man.

We will carry on with the loving memories that he gave us as he would take his journey to the spirit world.
